How We Work- 01
Read the design
From the spaces and uses drawn by the architect or designer, we read what the building services must do.
- 02
Calculate what is needed
Room by room, we calculate the capacity needed for power, water supply, drainage, air conditioning, ventilation and gas.
- 03
Draw the routes
Keeping the whole building's capacity in view, we find routes for pipes and wiring through limited space: wall thickness, the depth above the ceiling.
- 04
Choose the best
Can it be inspected and replaced later? Looking at life-cycle cost, we choose the best from many realistic options.
Sound knowledge and the drive to solve problems. Deep experience and a long track record.
From these, we arrive at the best building services design.
