Which systems do you design?

HVAC and ventilation, plumbing and gas, and electrical systems including fire alarms. One team designs all three at the same time.

Which documents do you produce?

Heat load, ventilation and electrical capacity calculations, detailed design drawings, building permit documents and as-built drawings.

Can I ask for design only?

Yes. We take on design only, work alongside architects’ offices, or handle design and build together.

How long does design take?

Usually 3 to 7 days until the design is final. It depends on scale and scope, so please ask.

Can I ask without drawings?

Yes. We accept PDF, CAD, hand sketches and photos. You can also ask at the concept stage, before any drawings exist.

Can I see the result in advance?

If needed, we model the piping, frames and equipment in 3D CAD and render them into images.

Do you take on renovations and relocations?

Yes. Our work includes HVAC retrofits for schools, a headquarters annex and office renovations. See the list of works.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo. As the SOWA Group, we have built in 20 prefectures, from Hokkaido to Kumamoto.

Can I write in English or Vietnamese?

Yes. English, Vietnamese and Japanese are all welcome.

How do I make a request?
