What we receive

What you send through the form or by email: your name, company, email address, site location, floor area, your request, and attached drawings or photos.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, to prepare estimates and design proposals, to carry out the design work, and to contact you about it. Never for advertising or sales lists.

Services we rely on

We use Cloudflare to receive and store inquiries, and Anthropic's AI (Claude) to summarize them and draft replies. A person always checks each reply before it is sent.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. If construction is carried out by a SOWA Group company, we tell you first and share only what is needed.

Keeping and deleting

We keep information only as long as it is needed and then delete it. To see, correct or delete your information, contact us below.
